We build the software your business runs on.
DeepHexa is an engineering studio. We design, ship, and run web platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI systems for teams that cannot afford downtime.
What we actually do
Seven things, done properly. If your problem is not on this list, tell us anyway — we will say no if we are the wrong team.
Web development
Responsive web apps that load fast, stay up, and survive your next hiring wave.
Cloud solutions
Architecture, migration, and the boring runbooks that make 3am someone else's problem.
API development
Documented, versioned, secure APIs other teams can integrate without calling you.
Mobile applications
Native and cross-platform builds that ship to both stores from one codebase.
Security & compliance
Threat review, hardening, and audit trails written for the auditor, not the blog post.
Performance optimisation
We measure first, then cut the slow parts. You get numbers before and after.
AI agents & chatbots
Agents and chat interfaces wired into your own data, not a demo that falls over in production.
Four steps. No surprises.
You get a scope, a schedule, and a working build you can click. Every week.
Discovery
We dig into the requirement, the constraints, and what your team can actually maintain.
Strategy
You get an architecture, a scope, and a schedule in writing before we build anything.
Development
Weekly working builds on a real URL. You review, we adjust, nothing is a surprise.
Delivery
Deploy, test, hand over docs and access. You own the code and the pipeline.
The stack we build on
Boring, proven tools. We pick the thing your team can still run in three years — and we tell you when a shinier option is the wrong call.
Three ways to work with us
Pick a shape. We price it after the discovery call, in writing, before anyone commits.
Project build
One defined deliverable, one price, one launch date.
- ✓Scope and price agreed before kickoff
- ✓Weekly demo build on a live URL
- ✓Handover docs, code, and pipeline
Embedded squad
A standing team that keeps shipping after launch.
- ✓Fixed monthly capacity, reprioritise any week
- ✓On-call cover for what we run
- ✓Same engineers, no rotating bench
Technical audit
A short, focused engagement before you commit to a build.
- ✓Architecture and code review, in writing
- ✓Fixes prioritised by risk, not opinion
- ✓Due diligence for a raise or an acquisition
The things people ask before signing
Something missing? Put it in the form — we answer questions before we pitch.
You do, from the first commit. Repositories sit in your organisation, cloud accounts stay in your name, and everything we write ships with docs. There is no lock-in and nothing to buy back.
Discovery usually begins within a week of a signed scope. If we cannot take you on in that window we say so on the first call rather than parking you in a queue.
Yes. Most of our work is alongside an in-house team — we join your stand-ups, your repo, and your review process. We will also say clearly which parts we think your team should own.
Scope changes are normal. We re-estimate the affected slice, tell you what it costs in time and money, and you decide before we build it. No silent overruns.
If you want us to, on a retainer with an agreed response window. If you would rather run it yourself, delivery includes the runbooks and a handover session so your team can.
Tell us what you are building.
Send the details and a real engineer reads it. You get a reply within one business day — a scope sketch, an honest timeline, or a referral if we are not the right fit.
